These terms apply to every order placed on oilofarabia.com, operated by Oil of Arabia in Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
1. Products
We describe our perfumes, oils and soaps as accurately as we can. Fragrance is personal, and a scent may smell slightly different on your skin than described. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly between batches.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel at no cost.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it and arrange dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery details cannot be verified, or the price was shown in error. If this happens we will let you know.
4. Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery only. Please have the exact order total ready when your parcel arrives.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan, and delivery is free on all orders. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Oil of Arabia Fusion is blended to order and is usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. If you will not be available to receive your order, please let us know.
6. Personalised products
Oil of Arabia Fusion is made to order with the name you choose. Please check the spelling carefully before ordering, as we print the name exactly as entered. Because each bottle is made for one person, Fusion orders cannot be cancelled once blending has begun.
7. Returns, replacements and damaged items
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains what to do if an item arrives damaged or is not right for you.
8. Safe use
Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin, keep them away from children and open flames, and patch test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
9. Reviews and comments
Reviews must be honest and relate to your own experience. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying products as described. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for reactions caused by use contrary to the guidance above. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Pakistan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
